Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Redeem Gifts, a service provided by AlfaBuy Corp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Redeem Gifts is a blockchain-based platform that allows users to create, send, and activate digital gift cards. Our service operates on supported blockchain networks and requires a compatible wallet to use.

Not a Financial Service

AlfaBuy Corp and Redeem Gifts are not a bank, payment institution, financial services provider, or custodial service. We do not:

• Hold, store, or have access to your funds or private keys
• Provide financial, investment, or tax advice
• Act as a money transmitter or payment processor
• Offer any form of credit, lending, or deposit services

All transactions occur directly on the blockchain. You maintain full control and custody of your funds at all times. Nothing in these Terms creates any fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and AlfaBuy Corp.

No Investment Product

Redeem Gifts is not an investment product and does not provide any expectation of profit. Gift cards created through our platform are intended solely for gifting purposes and should not be treated as securities, commodities, or any form of investment instrument.

Geographic Restrictions

AlfaBuy Corp is registered in the Republic of Seychelles. Our services are subject to the following restrictions:

Seychelles Residents:

• Our services are not directed to or intended for use by residents of the Republic of Seychelles
• By using Redeem Gifts, you confirm that you are not a resident of the Republic of Seychelles

Sanctioned Countries and Regions:

Our services are not available to residents of, or persons located in, countries or regions subject to comprehensive international sanctions. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Iran
• North Korea (DPRK)
• Syria
• Cuba
• Crimea region
• Donetsk People's Republic (DNR)
• Luhansk People's Republic (LNR)
• Any other jurisdiction subject to OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions

By using Redeem Gifts, you confirm that you are not a resident of any restricted jurisdiction, are not located in any such territory, and are not on any sanctions list. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Redeem Gifts. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this service.

User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the platform
• Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to exploit or harm the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Redeem Gifts for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity
• Financing of terrorism or terrorist organizations
• Purchasing or transferring funds related to illegal goods or services
• Tax evasion or fraud
• Circumventing any sanctions, embargoes, or other legal restrictions
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Redeem Gifts complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

KYC/AML Compliance

Redeem Gifts does not currently require identity verification (KYC). However, we reserve the right to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures at any time, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations or at our sole discretion. By using our service, you agree to comply with any such procedures if implemented in the future.

Gift Card Terms

When creating or activating gift cards:

• All transactions are final and cannot be reversed
• You are fully responsible for securely sharing the activation code with the intended recipient — if the code is intercepted, stolen, or disclosed to third parties, anyone can activate the gift card
• Gift cards are subject to network fees and gas costs
• We are not responsible for lost, forgotten, or compromised activation codes

Supported Tokens

Redeem Gifts supports the Solana blockchain, including SOL and SPL tokens issued on the Solana network.

You are responsible for ensuring that the tokens you use are compatible with our platform.

Intellectual Property

The Redeem Gifts platform, including its design, logos, and content, is owned by AlfaBuy Corp and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

No Warranty (Disclaimer)

Redeem Gifts is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no guarantees regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlfaBuy Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds due to user error, blockchain network issues, or third-party actions. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

Force Majeure

AlfaBuy Corp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, blockchain network failures or congestion, cyberattacks, power outages, or any other force majeure event.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlfaBuy Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations that may arise from your use of Redeem Gifts, including but not limited to income tax, capital gains tax, VAT, or any other taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. AlfaBuy Corp does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax liabilities you may incur.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder without restriction and without notice to you. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AlfaBuy Corp regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
