Redeem Gifts ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Redeem Gifts platform and is managed by AlfaBuy Corp. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use our service.

What We Collect

Redeem Gifts does not intentionally collect, store, or process personal data such as names, emails, phone numbers, or physical addresses.

Certain limited technical data (such as IP addresses) may be processed by our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Google Firebase) strictly for security and performance purposes. See the "Third-Party Services" section below for details.

Encrypted backups of created gifts are stored on our servers to support recovery and service continuity. These backups are encrypted using Solana wallet cryptography, and we do not store the plaintext contents.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking or marketing purposes. Certain strictly necessary technical cookies may be used by our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Google Firebase) for security and functionality purposes only.

Third-Party Services

Our platform uses the following third-party services that may collect certain technical data:

• Google Firebase: Our website is hosted on Google Firebase. Google may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and access times. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.
• Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare for security and performance. Cloudflare may collect technical data such as IP addresses for security purposes. Please refer to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

Your Wallet

When you connect your wallet to Redeem Gifts, we store your wallet address as a key to identify encrypted gift backups. Activation codes are encrypted locally in your browser and stored on our servers only in encrypted form. Wallet cryptography is used to encrypt gift backups so the contents remain private.

No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

We do not retain personal data on our own servers. Encrypted gift backups are retained only as long as needed to operate the service. Any technical data retention is governed by the policies of our third-party infrastructure providers.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under GDPR in the European Union or CCPA in California), you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, or delete your data.

Since we do not store personal data directly, any such requests should be directed to the relevant third-party providers. For data processed by Google Firebase, please refer to Google's data management tools. For data processed by Cloudflare, please contact them via their privacy page.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
